« The cabin has the bare minimum in the way of furniture, decor, linens, etc. A little bit more effort in making it more inviting and cozy would go a long way. There are no curtains or blinds, barely enough linens for the futon (which is counted as a bed), no utensils, nothing on the walls, no bedroom or closet door. It could be a very cute place with a little effort. »

« Stayed here for a baseball tournament that one of my kids was playing in Ruston. Only a 17 minute (super easy trip) from the driveway to the Ruston Sports Complex! Owner was quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. Definitely would recommend! »

« As first I was a little skeptical about the location being in the middle of town and on the main street, but after staying I wouldn't hesitate coming back. You can park in the back yard with plenty area and close the gate behind you. The house must be well insulated because the road noise in nonexistent. The story behind the house was a plus and it tells you all about it on one of the walls on the inside. I'm not going to spoil it. Also the house is completely spotless and very up to date. We...

« The house is a well maintained older house, the bed rooms are spacey. The water pressure was great in the showers, always a positive! We will stay here again when we come back. »

« What a gem! Perfect walking distance to everything downtown West Monroe & downtown Monroe. Our hosts were fantastic and the home was very comfortable. We felt safe. The train is indeed very close but it was not a bother at all. »

« This house was perfect for our family to relax and unwind for the weekend. We were able to rest and relax, do some fishing and reading, and enjoy the beautiful views of Lake D'Arbonne. The owners were quick and efficient with communications, and the house was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We would definitely recommend to anyone. »

« If you are looking for lots of room, this is the place for you. From the bedrooms to the covered deck to the yard.....our large family had a great time. The sitting area at the boathouse was perfect for when others are jumping in the lake. We like playing volleyball and badminton, so for the prooerty to have a flat area, that was a huge plus for us. »
