„The e-mail for check in had not been received on the Hotels.com chat by 2pm, so i messaged and it did come through asap then. On arrival it was easy to find the key box and gain entrance. The stairs in hallway were a bit rough and the carpet is a bit loose and dirty/worn in patches. The door to our room was not very secure and a firm push would open the door without need for a key. There is no deadbolt of chain/lock inside to secure yourself in. The apartment is tired and could do with a layer ...

„The host was fabulous at communicating prior to check in but has failed to answer the concerns on check out day.The outer front door is very stiff and we struggled to enter. The shower is so hot downstairs it should have a warning marker on it. No option for any other temp, just scalding! The upstairs shower is freezing! Again no other option to the cold. There’s no plug to have a bath. The wash hand basin and kitchen sink have warm water so clearly a plumber is required at the property.Other ...

„We are from the US and had no idea this entire area was almost entirely India/Pakistan/etc. We didn't feel unsafe, but got looks everywhere, wasn't the cleanest, and nothing but Indian food close (even pizza nearby had "Kentucky" pizza that was Tandoori chicken. I will say there was a fantastic coffee shop Baluchi that was surprisingly nice (like out of place nice). When we first arrived we walked around trying to find it because map put us in a back alley with all our bags. We finally found the ...

„WE NEVER GOT TO CHECK I EVEN AFTER WE PAID FOR TWO DAYS STAY!! Book at your own risk.... This appears to be a scam. We got to the property indicated which was wrong. The owners totally ignored our calls and they didn't communicate with us prior to arriving. We direcy called, wrote messages with no responses. We never got the property access code. The property had two different names and postcode, although it was leading us to the same premises.THIS PROPERTY SHOULD BE COMPLETELY REMOVED.**DO NOT ...

10/10 Hervorragend

"Das Hotel war super, mit sehr netten Personal und sehr schöne Zimmer. Besonders hat uns der Ausblick gefallen!"

Zedwell Piccadilly Circus

8/10 Gut

"Great Location and Always Worth Staying I always love staying at this property. The location is fantastic — just a short walk from Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus and Chinatown. Oxford Street is only around 10 minutes away, as is Regent Street, and there are several nearby Underground stations, making it super convenient to get around London. I would definitely recommend staying here! A few things to keep in mind: -Check-in: Unfortunately, early check-in wasn’t possible for us, so be prepared to wait until the official check-in time. (Self-check-in counter) - Luggage storage: You have two options: **You can leave your luggage with the staff for £15 per bag ** or use the self-service luggage lockers on the basement level. I believe these cost around £20 for a medium locker and £25 for a large one - Hairdryer: There isn’t one in the room, but you can find one in the beauty room on the third floor - Towels: Only large towels are provided, you can ask for the small one I guess Big plus: The basement level has a nice area where you can hang out while waiting for check-in, which is really convenient if you arrive early Overall, I would happily stay here again. The location alone makes it a great choice for exploring London!"
