„From the check-in to check out everything about this trip was amazing! So much to do, fishing on the dock and boat, paddle boarding, kayaking, tubing, knee boarding, exploring the lake, hot tub, games galore, morning coffee on the deck. We were so excited to also bring our pup on her first family vacation and she loved it. This was definitely one of our top trips! “

„I traveled to Knoxville with my 25 year old son who was competing in Syndicate Crown Coliseum just a short walk away. Although we spent most of our time at the event we enjoyed mornings having breakfast on the back deck of the boat and spent our evenings enjoying the upper deck! The boat was very clean and the music/instrument themed furniture and decorations were a nice touch. We really appreciated how well stocked the boat was with everyday items such as toiletries, coffee and other kitchen ...

„This is a quite place with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. There were supplies in the pantry and all kitchenware was there as well. Very cozy and quite. The A/C kept us warm. We used the fireplace inside and it was very nice. The Wifi is a slow as it is expected in such area. There is no cell service in this area as well. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Dawn and Oliver.“
