« We had a ladies staycation here and loved the pool and hotub! The outdoor area was beautiful and relaxing, with plenty of seating. The pool is deep, perfect for diving in! We also thoroughly enjoyed the quadruple reclining chairs in the living room. It was perfect for hanging out and chatting in comfort. »

« We stayed here for my son's graduation and had a large group. The house is in a great location, is a great size, and was very clean. We had plenty of room to spread out yet still be together. The kitchen is large and spacious and was a great gathering spot. The back patio was another favorite gathering spot. We also really enjoyed playing games at the poker table. Highly recommend! »

« We wanted a house with a garage so we didn’t have to unload the car for TTU move-in. The house was perfect for what we needed. The only thing that would have made it better was if it were closer to campus, but well worth it to not have to unload and reload for a night. »

« We enjoyed our stay while visiting Texas Tech. Very spacious home with privacy for 2 couples to share. Short drive to campus with off street parking for 2 vehicles. Only complaint was that it was warm at night, however the host did provide fans for each of the bedrooms which helped. »

« The property was a great fit for the group that we had. The house had great accommodations, bathrooms, beds, etc., along with the porch/covering in the front of the house. The view of the lake and location to the marina was superb as well. Overall, worth every penny. »

"Staff was friendly, breakfast has many choices. Main disaster is cleanliness of rooms, we book a suite but we changed as soon as arrived because the room was messy, bed was « kinda » made with many stains and hair on it, lamp wasn’t working… new room was OK, bed was at least neat if we forget about the long hair we removed ourselves… shower was calcified with lot of limestones but working. The stay was OK but will not renew it."

"Chambre correcte, agréable, silencieuse. Par contre le petit déjeuner laisse à désirer. La fin du service est fixée à 9h00. Nous arrivons à 8h40 et dès 8h45 le personnel commence à débarrasser et ne ré-approvisionne pas, donc il faut faire avec ce qui reste autant dire pas grand chose. Pour ma part cela n'est pas correct ou bien on annonce que l'on n'est plus servi à partir de 8h45. Sur ce point je ne recommande pas cet hôtel."
