« We had a wonderful time at this property! There were plenty of rooms to accommodate everyone and the outside space is perfection! The dock is so lovely, we spent most of our time there. The screened in porch was also a highlight. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again! »

« Quiet cottage in the woods, solar powered with a generator. Very peaceful and relaxing. Walk to the dock is fairly short. We brought a collapsible wagon, to tote chairs, cooler, and fishing rods , had no issues with the wagon on the trail. Highly recommend! If you are looking for peace and quiet and a place, this is your place! We will be back »

« Everything was perfect. We worked with the owner of the property through VRBO and it was very easy to communicate, ask questions and get answers. We visited twice prior to our reservation date to get a feel for who would sleep where of the 40 folks on our list of invitees. The owner was always very accommodating. The entire experience was so relaxed and stress-free. The pool, the hot tub, the lake. So amazing. Thank you so much Tony and VRBO! »

« Perfect home for a family gathering. The dock was excellent with plenty of water toys; pool table was a hit along with the variety of indoor games; the screened in porch was awesome and so important to keeping out flying critters. »

« Super clean place, quiet neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. The access to the covered dock was great for our boat. The landscaping on the property is beautiful, the water fountain feature in front of the cabin is a nice place to sit and relax once the sun goes down. Will definitely be back in the future! »

« Absolute perfect house for a family trip. Lots of beds/room. The access to the water was amazing. You had gas and a restaurant within minutes. The park with the water slide was a nice touch and kids loved it. Very convenient spot that didn't have a lot of boat traffic coming through it.Only complaint is during checkout, having every single bed sheet in the house cleaned and folded by 10am is DIFFICULT. We got it done, but it required everyone being up at 6am to get through all the loads of...

« We’ve been coming to Lake Gaston for many many years but this was a first at this house. It was by far the most beautiful and comfortable house we have ever rented. House was very well stocked for cooking. Plenty of space for storage and lounging. Our only complaint was the water space off the dock was pretty overrun by grass and weeds. We easily rectified that by going out on a pontoon for our swims. Hopefully we will be able to stay in this wonderful home again. Thank you for having us!! »
