« La péniche est extrêmement sale. Nous avons dû enlever la MOUSSE de poussière sur les cadrage de Fenetre afin de pouvoir ouvrir les fenêtres. Il y a la porte potio qui ne barre pas donc comme sécurité c’est pas fort. Odeur indésirable dans la péniche . Literie douteuse!! Les édredons sur les lits sont poussiéreuse, tu bouges les rideaux des fenêtres et la poussière tombe . Domage car ça beaucoup de potentiel mais c’est trop mal entretenu et très négligé. « We were here for a night and it was great. A nice rustic feel on a big property, with good view. »

« Loved this place and will stay again if we go back to the Keys. Gated community with golf cart to go to the pier with great community resources, grills and sitting areas. Favorite part was the lagoon in the middle of the community not far from the screened in back porch. Full of fish you can swim with and calm beach area that is clean and nice with shade when you need it. We didn’t want to leave this place. Highly recommend!! »

« Townhouse was perfect. Plenty of room for groups to spread out. We found the kitchen well stocked with the essentials and the grill worked great. Location was convenient. We enjoyed the main pool. It was definitely resort style with plenty of room. Having tight front gate security was a plus. No worries about things walking off. Would definitely consider for future trips. »

« We got here late due to a flight delay and we couldn't appreciate how nice the setting is until the morning. Steps from the lagoon and amazing tropical fish. The pool right next door. Kids had fun on the kayaks and in the pool. Great communication, clean, fun. Thank you »

« Our family of five, which includes three teenagers, all agree this was a great condo in a fantastic location. It has some very resort like amenities (pool, hot tub, private marina and beach, on site restaurant, plus a bar/snack shack at poolside). Everything was clean when we arrived. All beds are comfy. Location is easy to access, always easy to park, and served as great base for all of our adventures throughout the Keys. No regrets in this choice! »
