„The apartment was clean and comfortable. Walkable to all event centers, downtown and restaurants. We did have trouble with our key fob on the second night. But even at midnight a gentleman talk with me and got us a new one in about 10 minutes. Parking was a little stressful at first but once we got the app and figured it out all was well. We will stay here again. “

„Stayed here for the holiday weekend and it was perfect! Off the grid and away from the chaos of the state park and downtown Nashville, which was awesome. Teresa and Don are the most accommodating hosts! Always willing to go extra mile if we needed anything, came by to chat it up and make recommendations for places to eat and shop! „Excellent place to stay right across from the event center we were attending. Beautiful suite albeit a bit pricey. Plenty of restaurants to chose from within walking distance and parking in the garage was free. The only wrinkle was the “free parking” was $40. A quick call to customer service and it was decided we would pay the charge to be released from the garage and the fee would be refunded promptly. Less than a week and the refund is on the way. „I booked this property a year ago, so this was my second stay here. That should be enough to tell you how lovely the house, the neighborhood, and the owner are. If I had anything negative to say, it had a slight pet odor (I think pets aren’t allowed) when I first walked in, but nothing a little for Febreze couldn’t take care of. I will most likely book this same property next year on my annual visit.“
