„My extended family ranging from teens to grandparents stayed for a family reunion weekend and really enjoyed the spaciousness of this beautiful home. The dock and water front amenities were key to our enjoyment. The water was great for swimming, floating, boating, fishing/crabbing and exploring. „This was the cutest room! The space was great! Exactly as shown and described in the listing. Everything was very clean! Kcups provided and cream! The bed was so comfy!! We started our honeymoon here and were left with such a nice note from property owners. 9min drive from Mystic drawbridge area. „Simple, serene, absolutely wonderful. The house boat is absolutely what you sign up for and more and then the touches that the host does - the snacks, the chalkboard and THE FISH-LIGHT! She goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and happy - she makes she you get all your time while making you feel completely supported. 10/10. We will be back. “

„Lovely property, beautiful inn for our family of 14. We all enjoyed the pool, lake, badminton and green space. Special treat to see newborn baby chicks twice and hold them! Kitchen is very well equipped. Having a washer/dryer important too. Kevin and Pauline were helpful.“

„I took a couple of days' R&R in Mystic and my stay at Shaun's apartment was great! It's cozy but makes the most of the space: there's a wall desk that pulls down, a small outside sitting area, and lots of closet space. Shaun also provided a bowl of snacks and even milk in the fridge for my tea! The location is also great, close to lots of attractions but with a nice quiet neighborhood for morning walks. Shaun was always available and accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay, thanks!“

„We visited here for a weekend in the Mystic area. Our daughter joined us for an evening and the home was cozy and comfortable for 3 adults. The check in process was seamless and communication with the host was always timely. They thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable and everything was within arms reach. „Great place to stay in New London. The location was very clean and includes a parking spot. William (Property Host) was extremely nice and gave great suggestions on things to do in the area and provided plenty of water and even Croissants/Muffins! „The house was perfect for our families. It was historic, clean and well-maintained, and had games and books for the kids. We played cornhole and even found a stroller that saved the day at the Mystic Seaport Museum. Location is enjoyably close to downtown and other Mystic attractions. Thanks for a great trip! “

„I had a great stay. The proximity to the beach is fantastic and I love that the beach is only accessible by people renting or living in the neighborhood. I was looking for a quiet getaway and I got just that. The bed was great as was the AC. Communication with owners was fantastic. I will be going back. On a personal note, the house could use some curb appeal. “
