« We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. « One space to park right on the corner of a round about so tight that one person cant get out. Got there and no key in the safe then had to go in the shop to get one. Finally got one and was tkld it wasnt the same apartment we booked as it had a leak. « Property took my money, then advised us not to travel at less than 24hrs notice, leaving me without a place to stay and without refund. Hotels.com did nothing about it. The property are now ignoring hotels.com and therefore no refund will be issued. Utter madness. I have used this website for many stays over many years. I will not be using again »

Turned up at the apartment 5 minutes before check in and got an email saying the stay had been cancelled due to ‘maintenance issues’. « We enjoyed the area. The chalet was well equipped unfortunately everything you touched was really greasy. The cooker top was discussing. We only used the fridge and kettle throughout our stay thankfully I had mugs with us. Lots of cobwebs and spiders and a slug or snail across the carpet every night. To enter the bathroom you had to go in sideways. The sink was full of shaver hairs and shaving foam the toothbrush holder hadn't been cleaned for months. The toilet brush would have made you sick...

« The chalet was lovely and clean upon arrival. Fresh smelling bedding and super comfy beds! The chalet is well equipped and has plenty of kitchen ware to use. The outdoor seating area was perfect and just catches the morning sunshine to have a nice cup of tea in. Location was very peaceful and a short 8 minute walk to the beautiful quiet beach. Would 100% stay again. Super place! »

"Le séjour à l'hôtel Mercure à Hull a été agréable. Les mariages organisés dans l'hôtel étaient forcément un peu bruyants. Nous avons été dérangés en pleine nuit par des personnes qui ont discuté devant notre porte. Sinon les chambres sont spacieuses. Il manque un mini frigo. Les chambres nécessiteraient un rafraîchissement. Le bémol pour la moquette pour les personnes allergiques. Mais nuit et cadre reposant."
