« Loved it here. Beautiful surroundings and everything was great in the cabin as well. Felt like we were back in time (with modern amenities of course) and enjoyed relaxing and living simple for our stay. Firepit, hot tub, stream, pond..Fishing, tubing and watching the wildlife. Amazing! Easy to communicate with property manager. Would love to return »

« Our family had a fantastic time and no problems with the house or contacting when we needed to and that was rare because again, there were no problems. Hope we can make it back there again! »

« The place was super clean well kept. Safe area lots of things to do and see. There is a sing seat by the river watch is magical. The inn keeper is so humble and kind. She is very Accompadating. And there is a trian ride that takes you to Jim Thorne. Will definitely be back again in October for the fall festival and the changing of the leaves. »

« Beautiful home with plenty of room for 18 of us. Extra large bedrooms and living area. Lots of pool floats and toys. Plenty of seating inside and out. Stores nearby for anything you might need. Perfect place for a large group of people. »

« On this very hilly community, this house is within walking distance to the club house, tennis court, pool and the camel back water park. As we went to explore by car, we realize how lucky we were. Any other unit is on very steep terrain. No leisure walks optuons.or walking to the clubhouse. This is a prime location. The house is beautiful and immaculate. They keep an eye on the details. Supplies are abundant. Things like toilet paper, shampoo, etc. Loved the coffee maker. Going to buy the same...

« Phil and Gaby are wonderful people..my family and I felt at home. Phil was very helpful and easy to work with . We had no issues with our stay ,expect we didnt want to leave . We look forward to doing an annual trip and staying at Phil's . Thanks again! »

« The house was awesome. Everything was clean and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. Saysha was a great help and was very proactive and we could tell she really cares. The hot tub was noticeably well cleaned recently. My friends and I had a great time. »

« Pro: Property was within walking distance to everything! Could have used a few more days to take more in. Great restaurants, & live music.Con: lake is over populated with too many boats & power boats with excessive horse-power. Don’t even try to bring a boat to this lake. They make it almost impossible. I understand why now. Plus no rental boats, only tour boat with Captain Wolf.Overall great location! »

« Great environment, and Hiram is a very friendly host. Our family of 4 has stayed at the "bridge cottage" (unit "109" out of 8 (?)) for 2 nights, in a very relaxing place (forest/pond/pool). We were looking for a place to rest between big cities' craziness and the cottage was a perfect fit. Wifi was terrible though, barely functional. As long as you don't mind an overall rustic/shabby feel, you'll probably have as good a time here as we did. Worth noting, Hiram answered all our questions really...
