« Nice and peaceful location. We really enjoyed the firepit and hot tub. Loved the convenience of rinsing off in the outdoor shower as well. The house was well stocked. There were extra throw blankets and even a fire starter for the fire pit. I would recommend if you are looking for a relaxing getaway. »

« Cottage on the cove is one of the best homes we’ve stayed in. The house is extremely well stocked, the lake is gorgeous, with really great fishing, and there is enough around in the surrounding area to venture out for days trips if needed. We highly recommend staying here. »

« House is perfect for larger families or groups! Plenty of amenities and a great dock to fish off of. Pretty view, and very easy to access the property. Not too far from Danville, Roxboro or VIR. Since no house is perfect
.the batteries in the remote for the TV need to be replaced. LOL. Other than that

« My friends and I stayed for memorial day and it was a blast. Would definitely come back! There is sulphur water which isn't a big deal if you know about it beforehand. The view from the dock and upper deck is awesome. »

« We had an amazing visit! Our apartment was beautifully equipped and was in an unbelievable location! Everything was walkable and the people in the area were incredibly friendly. We loved hanging out in our apartment and the common areas. We will definitely use Barsala again in other cities - they were phenomenal with our customer service and the place was a 10 out of 10!!! »

« Pros: The property was clean, well-stocked, functional, and located in a convenient part of town if you need quick access to downtown Durham. The property was stocked with common necessities (shampoo, food seasonings, clothes iron, hairdryer, etc.). The only things missing were coffee creamer and tea, but I was able to get those things nearby. The main bedroom was perfect for a typical family of 4 - it had a bathroom inside the room with a very nice double shower. This was my first BNB...

« This property was a real treat to stay at. It had a nice open floor plan. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The king sized bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The master bedroom had its own private master bathroom that even had a large wall in closet. The property was close to anything you may need. Lastly, it was less than a 10 minute drive to Duke University Hospital. I highly recommend this place if your looking for comfort and modern...
