« I have stayed at many VRBO’s, BUT this one was a cut above….not only beautiful, but Kim provides breakfast groceries with snacks and if that’s not enough you forgot something? Nope it’s provided toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo and conditioner….etc!!! A definite customer forward experience!!! »

« The house is a three bedroom fully finished home. Two bedrooms upstairs, and a spacious primary suite at the bottom level with a half bath (sink toilet no shower). Main bathroom is upstairs. Backyard is great for kids, it has a playground and corn hole. My only minor complaint is that the kitchen sink was difficult to set to cold, and I love to drink ice cold water. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends in the area, 9/10 would stay again »

« Great spot one of the nicest spots I’ve stayed in. 20 minutes from Richmond great restaurants in the area. Super clean right near the river James. If we ever go back to that area again, I will definitely look to stay at this house. »

« My wife and I came to visit for her birthday. We had a great time and the house was great for this purpose. Everything was clean and the location was great for venturing to different parts of town easily and quickly.A heads up to visitors (and nothing the host can fix), locals speed down the street in front of the house. Be advised if you come with kids, and keep pets on a short leash. »

« We came to Richmond for my Brother's wedding. There were 9 adults and we had a blast. The house was centrally located to everything that we needed. New house and was appointed nicely. We would stay here again! »

« Everything was accurate with the listing. The only thing that was an issue was parking for three cars forced us into the neighbors area on the street since the drive way was inconvenient and off a main road. The yard gate was loose and off centered which was solved by us wrapping rope to prevent our dogs from leaving but may be an issue for less prepared individuals. »
