„My girlfriend I stayed here for the weekend and we had a beautiful time. It is very secluded, good location. We even saw deer right outside the window in the morning! 10/10 definitely would stay here again. “

Melissa, the host, made the process of everything so easy and her recommendation for restaurants near by were wonderful! The property itself was easy to access, very well kept, and had beautiful scenery. We spent most of our time in the big comfy swing on the screened in back porch just enjoying the scenery. “

„This was our second year at the River Estate at Toccoa and we had another amazing stay. This place is perfect for grandparents, children, spouses, and grandkids to get away. There’s plenty of room. The heated hot tub pool and sauna were perfect when the weather was a bit chilly. The house was well stocked. Having two refrigerators upstairs in the kitchen was a nice addition and helpful for those doing meal prep. There are lot of local hikes and if course there is the river for tubing. We can’t ...

„This property is exactly as advertised. Beautiful vistas and really comfortable home away from home. Kitchen is extremely well stocked with quality dishes and cookware. The only issue was the drive up….we Sr. ladies were not quite prepared for the drive but it was worth the trip. A rating! Plan to come back with the rest of my family. “

„It was just the two of us. The quiet back deck areas are very relaxing especially the hot tub with fireplace. The game room had old school pac man, dig dug video games as well as ping pong and darts.“

„Perfect home and location for a family trip. Lots of bedrooms. AMAZING view!!! Beautiful decor. Loved having the pool table for the adults and teaching the kids to play shuffleboard. We were about 15mins from everything we wanted to do. Roaming around downtown Blue Ridge was fun, tubing and gem mining were great! Loved that the host put out info for some good hikes. We saw some great waterfalls. Don't forget to stop by Paw Paw's produce and also get some farm fresh eggs at the house on Snake ...

„We have stayed in a lot of beautiful locations over the years, and this is one of our favorites. Gorgeous property, inside and out with stunning spacious outdoor decks. I loved all the details to the property with outdoor lighting and firepit in the back. Waking up to gorgeous views was much loved. Plenty of hiking trails nearby. Truly the perfect spot to recharge.“

„We loved this place. The back porch and firepit area were well used. We were provide with all the little necessities to make our stay great. The host, Scott, went above and beyond by letting us know, without prompting, that early check in was available the day of our arrival. We explored the area and fished from the deck beside the water. No one was upstairs during our stay. The place was about 10 or 15 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge which was a plus. We will definitely be booking ...
