« I was disappointed in this apartment mainly due to access I am injured ATM so have been careful to only book accommodation with lifts. This apartment advertised a lift and 3 steps at the entrance it failed to mention the 27 steps from the entrance to the lift.This made it extremely difficult for my wife to get into and out of apartment and myself to carry the luggage up and down the steps. »
