« This was in a perfect location for our stay and it had plenty of room for the whole fam. The house is within walking distance to the Metro station and we went back and forth into the city using the metro 4 times in just the 48 hours we were there. Super easy!! The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The home comfortably slept 8 adults and there was room for more. The host was easy to get in touch with! We were concerned about parking a 3rd car but easily found street parking right out front....

« This home was very beautiful. We had little to no issues. There was a misunderstanding about how the heating/cooling system worked. The owner was very attentive to any and every need we had. He was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. I wish he would've disclosed in advance that he would be residing in the basement during our stay. It may the stay a little awkward. Please ask lots of questions before booking to eliminate certain surprises. Other than that, I would recommend...

« What an incredible house! We hosted our friends and siblings for our wedding weekend and comfortably fit 9 of us - it could easily fit 12 adults though. The property manager was so helpful with our booking; she was willing to answer countless questions and she suggested some really great vendors! Our plan was to use the balcony for our reception/dinner but the weather turned on us, so we moved it inside. They allowed us to move all the furniture to accommodate our event and the space was...

« We needed a place to stay for a team meeting. This place was perfect in location and size. The backyard provided a nice table with lights to sit outside and unwind after a long day. The neighborhood is safe and great for walks in for dinner or exercise. Host is very close (next door) and very responsive… lots of good coffee options. »

« The property is beautifully decorated and very clean. It was very nice for a long weekend in DC. It does have a lot of stairs. Would not recommend for someone who has difficulty climbing stairs. For those who plan to use the metro there was not a metro station within walking distance. »

« We like this property however when we arrived there was about five plies of toilet paper left in the bathroom. When I texted to ask for more I was told they could not provide “extra” toilet paper. So as soon as we arrived at the hotel to check in and drop off our luggage, we immediately had to go to a grocery store to buy toilet paper. It was very odd and inconvenient »

« So nowhere did the Hotels ad inform us that this was a whole RESORT. Like 700 acres of resort with an activity schedule and stuff to do everyday! That was a really cool bonus, but the ad made it seem like a small collection of tiny houses, nothing more. So when i areived at midnight, we had our Uber driver drop us, two adults and 3 children under 8, off at the main building. Thank god for Philip with security!!! He helped see the funny side and empathized with me after the major travel struggles...

« Property is as it was stated online. I do agree with the other comments regarding the loud neighbors downstairs and also the smell of marijuana downstairs in the evening was a little bit of a turn off. »
