« Amazing staff, good location »

« My wife and I are visiting Cusco from Dallas, Texas. We had a wonderful stay. The host spoke English and was very kind and helpful. He showed us how to operate the appliances. There was hot water in the shower, a gas stove, washing machine, refrigerator, TV with Netflix (big plus), and electric portable space heater (another big plus). The beds were very comfortable and warm. Wi-fi was fast and reliable. The place was quiet at night. Short walking distance to Orion grocery store. Definitely...

« I booked a 3 bedroom apartment at Residencial Cristina for my BIL and kids for and had a wonderful experience. From the very beginning until the end of their stay, the staff was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful. Communication was excellent throughout, making everything easy and stress-free. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, spacious, comfortable, family-friendly, and very well maintained. The location was fantastic as well, just a short walking distance from the city...

« The unit completely matched my family’s needs. Check-in process was awesome with representative meeting us at the property. We had to check out early and they were very accommodating. Will definitely recommend this cute property with a nice view. Was also very clean. »

« We were supposed to have a 3 bedroom but something had happened and rhey accommodated us different which is ok. However, the room we stayed at smelled like something had died. We opened up the windows and that helped some but I have no idea what that smell was. »

« Great location, close to everything. Nice view from the room and communication was great. Very kind and helpful! »

« We stayed here for 27 nights and unfortunately our experience was disappointing. Communication from the hosts was poor throughout our stay, making it difficult to resolve issues in timely manner when they arose. The room we were given was not the room we originally booked, which was frustrating from the start. Housekeeping was also lacking. Despite staying nearly a month, we were only offered a room cleaning and fresh linens after almost three weeks had passed. To make matters worse, after the...
