„This cottage is on a quiet, dead-end street. We felt safe and the location was convenient for our visit to Monroe. The home was very clean and just as pictured in listing. It is a smaller and older home- but there is a big backyard and owner did a great job of updating. The shower has great water pressure and the beds were comfortable. “

„This place was amazing! Very clean, very well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. The view was awesome in the morning and evenings. “

„The neighborhood was so quiet. The house is right across from a school but you never bear anything going on over there. The rooms were spacious. Plenty of room to move around and get dressed. We had 2 bathrooms which we love. The host(ess) thought of everything. Plenty of towels, extra blankets, Kleenex around the house, tons of toilet paper if needed, garbage cans had extra bags in them, even had phone chargers in the office room. „As mentioned in another review we were in town for two separate memorials. At arrival there was relaxing music playing, lights on and the AC turned down. The neighborhood was quiet, the antique furniture was extremely well maintained - as was the whole house. My husband and I were with our 2 21yo girls, and 4 of us showered back to back without losing water pressure or hot water. :) It is cozy but very comfortable and the patio is great for relaxing, which is exactly what we needed. “

„We had a wonderful time staying here with our family! The house was very comfortable, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. When the AC went out, Cynthia was incredibly responsive and apologetic — it was fixed within the hour, which we really appreciated.The only downside is that there is no WiFi, and with kids plus spotty cell service, that was a bit of a challenge. Other than that, everything about the property was great. We would definitely recommend it for a stay!“

"We booked a non-smoking room, but the entire room reeks of marijuana, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. Outside, people are screaming, playing loud music, and causing constant disturbance. The atmosphere feels unsafe and unsettling, especially for families or anyone seeking a quiet stay. Management seems uninterested in addressing these issues, which makes the overall experience extremely disappointing. Definitely not recommended."
