„This Vrbo is a small apartment in the back of a very cute CA Craftsman home.It is centrally located and you can walk anywhere in mid-town Sacramento.It has good WiFi, a small fridge and a microwave which were perfect for my needs.It is an older home 19th century home and has some quirks and challenges which ultimately does not take away from its charm.I look forward to staying there again! “

„First this place is convenient for being right downtown Sac. There is adequate parking. The bbq was not user friendly. The neighborhood is quiet at night. However, my sister did have to go spend about 150 on cleaning supplies as the floors and countertops (which are wrapped in a plastic wrap with a design) were dirty. The floor in one shower the paint was peeling back. There is no washer as stated..it is a coin op down the street which had no working washing machines and no soap to wash if ...

„Adorable craftsman apartment with a great layout. We loved how the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit — it worked perfectly for our group, especially with a 22-month-old and a few snorers. The AC worked without any issues, which we were especially thankful for with 102-degree weather.There’s a Keurig coffee maker available, but we opted to buy a pour-over from the nearby Co-op (about a 15-minute walk). „We wanted a no frills place to stay while in Sac for a conference and this was perfect. Easy walk from conference center and restaurants. Would stay again.This is not a fancy place, but is a very comfortable and affordable option.“

„Very charming guest house with all the comforts of living, the Chess Board table is so cool with real chess pieces and checkers. The house was comfortable, simple yet modern. The shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and hand soap smelled AMAZING. Definitely no need to bring your own. We brought our 2 little dogs who enjoyed the yard. The bed was very comfortable. It was a great stay, grocery store was right across the street. It was located 5 minutes from my conference. Excellent stay!“

„This is a nice new trailer, comfortable and well fitted out. Maria and Herb are very friendly and helpful. There was an early issue with power to the unit, and Herb skillfully fixed it quickly. If you like being near animals, this is your place. The horses nearby and the ducks and chickens in the farmyard made this a relaxing country experience for me. Would definitely stay again. “

„Clean! Convenient! Worth the upcharge for private parking and dedicated spot. EV Charger available and lots of places to charge up. Nice big clean refrigerator. Very quiet. Nice linens and towels. Shower was spotless. Denver was a responsive and fantastic host. Reasonably priced.Would DEFINITELY stay here again.“

„The house was clean and it had everything! The pool was a hit for my children and there was a grill that we used while kids swam! The only uncomfortable thing was that there are cameras inside and it felt like we were being observed. Overall, it was a great house! “

"Teuer ist es ja, aber deswegen auch nicht gut. Wenn man mir noch 10 dollar für eine internetverbindung abknöpft, frage ich mich schon, ob da was nicht stimmt. Ein freies wlan hatten wir auf unserer kompletten Reise in jedem Hotel, warum im teuersten dann nicht ? Außerdem sollte man den Architekten einmal befragen, was er sich bei den Lichtschaltern im Badezimmer gedacht hat. Da kommt man nur ran, wenn man im Dunkeln die Tür schließt. Die Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht anders einstellen, als das die einen im Bett permanent anbläst. Tolle Konstruktion. Sorry, aber das Hotel , ist das Geld nicht wert. "

"Super Platz für Sightseeing. Hotel ist sauber und freundliche Leute arbeiten hier. Parkservice wird angeboten. Leider war unser Zimmer (11221) laut, da wir zum Innenhof das Fenster hatten. Hier befinden sich die Kühltürme der Klimaanlagen und laufen 24/7. die Fenster dämmen leider nur sehr wenig die dumpfen Kühlgeräusche. Zugleich arbeitet im Zimmer ein Ventilator (Luft nach außen) sodass beide Geräusche das Einschlafen erschweren. Dann noch der Wecker mit der Weckzeit 6:00 des Gastes zuvor. Hyatt in Europa ist anders als in US. Frühstück wird zum Tisch gebracht und beinhaltet eine 22$ Pauschale. Der Rest ist kostenpflichtig. Sehr freundliches Personal und die Sauberkeit macht das Hotel empfehlenswert. "
