« Overall the room was charming. I was traveling with a diabetic so we needed a refrigerator in the room. The room had everything except a fridge. That was the only missing comfort. I had nowhere to store the insulin in a cold place. Had to use an ice box to keep insulin cold. But the room was cute and comfortable. If you do not need a fridge. This is a very frugal stay. Parking was very convenient. Overall good 👍 for the price. »

« The host is very commutative and answers questions fast, also our flight was delayed due to severe weather and didn’t arrive at the property until after 1am and the host was still waiting for us at the property to greet us and hand us the keys. The property is located close to downtown Santa Ana on the quieter side of town. It also has a mango and banana tree which is a plus for shade and it was mango season . »

« We stayed here for 7 days as a family of six and would rate our experience 3.5–4 out of 5. The home was clean, cozy, well-equipped, and in a great location. If the two main-floor bedrooms had A/C, I would have given this property 5 stars.There are four bedrooms—two upstairs and two on the main floor. The upstairs rooms had excellent A/C, but the downstairs rooms did not. The living room, dining area, and kitchen had A/C, but the unit was small for the space and had to run nearly 24/7 to keep it...

« The house was amazing, beautiful, clean and had everything in the kitchen that you need to cook. Rooms had air conditioning so that helped us have a good night sleep. Rooms are very spacious and had plenty of space for all to sleep comfortably the pool was beautiful sadly we didn’t get to enjoy it cause of our schedule. Our stay was short but well worth it.. check in and communicate with the host was easy and very helpful. We were sad to leave but hope to one day be back!! »

« This property was incredible! Pictures do not do it justice. The pool was clean and well kept. Private dock was perfect! The inside of the house was simple but worked perfectly for our family and was as described. The host was very responsive and helpful. Onsite staff was attentive and the neighborhood was very welcoming! Restaurants and small shops in walking distance. We were extremely happy and would highly recommend. »

« This is THE spot to be when visiting Chalchuapa. My family and I stayed here for a week, and were welcomed by a very attentive and inviting duo; Toney (the host) and Noe (the property manager).
