« This is my families second time at the property and we had another wonderful trip. We love all that Santa Cruz and surrounding areas have to offer and this home has a perfect location. We love that this home is dog friendly, our dog enjoyed daily walks to the beach just down the street. We also loved unwinding in the hot tub at night. One huge setback was Construction at each house on either side of this house. We arrived on Friday afternoon to construction trucks on both sides of the driveway with considerable construction noise. « Wonderful location. Near Boardwalk, Capitola shopping, and steps from a perfect beach. It’s our fourth year at this house and we’re already booking for next year. We love the two kitchens and the two large tables for eating together and for playing family games. Michele, the hostess, is so responsive. »

« Four adults and two children under 10 had a blast at this great beach house located steps away from the beach in Santa Cruz area. Very convenient very laid-back and very fun. Flew kites, boggie boarded, grilled out, and had many seal and otter sightings. Sunsets and wine on roof deck. Great stay and owners touched base to be sure all was good! »
