« What Stayz advertised was an open fireplace which we were used to . Propertiy moms was in correct , the directions for aircon misleading , forgot to tell that a new thermostat was installed not listed , because of the open fireplace laden with wood , no sign stating not to use . We were insulted by them For lacking common sense 3 times . »
