« The house was in a great position, walked to the beach and coffee shop just around the corner. The house was freshly painted and had good heating and plenty of room for our large group. We imagine staying in the summer months would be lovely with the decking and views. »

« We have now stayed at this beautiful property 3 times, and each time it gets better. For us, it is inspiring with the view, plus the beautiful hosts of Sally and John, thank you. Looking forward for our next trip to Mornington peninsula. Obviously staying at Mt Martha Villas again. »

« A cosy 2 storey townhouse. Thanks for your excellent communication and kindness in letting us stay past the checkout time. Everything we needed was within walking distance and the beach at our door. Highly recommend. »

« The place was very spacious and can accommodate large group. We had 10 adults and 9 kids with teenagers.Bedrooms, Toilets and bathrooms are very clean.Kids love and enjoyed the common areas.The owner was very nice and cooperative.We are very happy to recommend this place. « We had a wonderful stay at Silvana’s lovely home. Three generations of our family, including 3 and 5 year olds, plus two small dogs enjoyed all the home has to offer. The property is extremely well equipped with everything (and more!) that a guest might need. So many books, games, puzzles, beach and sports gear, suitable for both children and adults. A beach wagon is also supplied which would be great for summer stays. There is a pool table and table tennis table too.The kitchen is extremely...

« Loved the unit. Very quiet, extremely cosy & comfortable & being newly renovated, everything worked. Great position too. »

« Stayed here with 9 friends and felt like we had heaps of room. Garage/games room is lightly sound deadened which is good if you’re having a rather competitive game of pool. Only downside I found is that in the photos it looks like the bbq is on the balcony, but it’s actually by the front gate. Otherwise an excellent and well equipped property that we would happily hire again. Thanks guys »

« We had an amazing stay at Beauty and the Beach! The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway with friends. The location was perfect. Would definitely come back! »

« We had a wonderful week with all the family down in Rye at this wonderful home. We had 2 teenagers and 8 adults. The house was lovely and spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was fabulous and very well equipped. We loved the big dining table and enjoyed some meals sitting around having great food and wonderful chats. The outdoor area was the winner for the boys who loved both the pool especially the waterfall and the spa with the disco lights at night. We spent many an hour...
