« The room was lovely and in a great location. It’s very new building and it does have an elevator even though on the description of the property it stated no elevator. The roof top pool was very nice but needs cushions for the patio furniture as it was very uncomfortable without them. And they need more lounge chairs available. The room needed some things like towels , pillows and bed sheets . We had to ask for them. Also no bath mats so the floor got very wet even from just opening the shower...

« Where to start? First let me say that Ambar are condos, not a resort so each unit is individually owned & most are managed by different property managers. Our unit was managed by GPS Hospedajes Vacacionales. I could not get access to the property, they told me to see the administator who was not there for the 1st 6 days of our week there. « The location was excellent. Our room was very nice. The beds very comfortable. There were a few things missing in the room such as, a top sheet for one bed, face clothes & hand towels, supplies for washing dishes. The staff were accommodating in supplying these things when we asked. « Our experience was not the best! First getting to access the property from the app was not easy. The link didn’t work. It took us about an hour to finally get it to work. The condo was nice but needs repairs, the beds and pillow were not comfortable, there were holes on walls and the main bed room AC started to leak with water.
