„The communication with the owner was great. There is a lot of space in each level of the home. The pool was amazing and big, like a hotel size, along with everything that went with the pool.They are still doing some upgrades, but other than that, very nice place and would stay there again. „Great place to stay while visiting friends and family. It was clean, simple, and comfortable with all needs met. The WiFi works well, the bed is big and comfortable (assuming both, I can only speak for the one I used), and it’s reasonably priced. The neighborhood was also nice for walking around my dog. „My husband and I and our 3 teenage daughters stayed here for 3 nights. We were looking for something relaxing for the parents with some fun for the kids. This property couldnt have been more perfect! Everyone had their own space including bathrooms ( major plus with teenage girls). Yet we were able to enjoy lots of quality family time in the pool and playing pool. My huaband and I are both cooks for a living and this kitchen was perfect to cook good family meals. „The owner had great communication and it made checking in and out really easy. When we arrived, they had music softly playing on the tv. The area was away from road noise and was very peaceful and cozy, but it was within 15 minutes of restaurants and shopping. It was comfortable for our quick stay and we would definitely stay again. Bonus - it had a wheat field across the road with a beautiful sunrise every morning.“

„Es war ein Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend. Es gibt vier Zimmer zur Vermietung, die sich ein Badezimmer teilen. Das muss man mögen. Ansonsten war alles da. Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer, einen Essbereich und eine Küche. Außerdem Kaffee und Tee. Wir waren zufrieden. Zur Innenstadt ca. 30 min zu Fuß.“

„Yes, it's a small home, but it has everything you need. All 5 beds were clean and comfortable. The rooms downstairs have a bit of an odor and are a little stuffy, but to find a home with 4 rooms and 5 beds on short notice at such an affordable price was amazing, so we didn't mind at all. We would stay again if we had another event in Spokane.“
