« Wir waren nur fĂŒr eine Nacht zu Gast. Die Aussicht war wirklich schön, leider gab es jedoch mehrere Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt getrĂŒbt haben: ‱ Die Wohnung roch insgesamt unangenehm, besonders im Schlafzimmer roch die Bettdecke deutlich nach Zigarettenrauch – obwohl das Hotel eigentlich rauchfrei ist. ‱ Der Topper des Schlafsofas war stark fleckig, teilweise mit dunklen, nicht nĂ€her bestimmbaren Stellen. ‱ In einer Decke im Schrank befand sich sogar ein lebendes Insekt. ‱ Im Badezimmer...

« Clean room, spacious apartment, good location. The only reasons did not give 5 stars are. The arrival emails was not clear and there were no mats at all. Coming up downstairs nor into the apartment. As it had been snowing we got dirty water on the floor. As no mats were provided we had to use a towel. Also,!no kitchen sponge or dish towels. Not major issues but caused annoyance. Beautiful apartment. »

Luckly I was on my way back home and I had the choice to go home to have my daily shower, but if I would have a business meeting, the situation was really unacepptable.
