« We are glad we stayed in this nice and bright studio. We found it very clean and any questions we had they were promptly answered by the host, that we found easy to communicate with. It’s located on a very quiet building and on a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Very close to Boston Medical Center as well as Boston Children’s Hospital and subway and train stations. We would love to stay there again if we need to return to Boston. Thanks for the excellent service provided. »

« Excellent location and nice furnishings, but slightly complicated to find the apartment keys late at night since the information is not in the emails, but rather in the account on the Vrbo website. The apartment had a small water leak. »

« The property itself is good and the management team was responsive and first class! The issue is the night club a few doors down and the noise associated with it. We were unable to sleep from 10pm to 3am due to the crowd noise, yelling and loud music and horn blasts that went on Saturday and Sunday night. « My partner and I enjoyed our stay at Maverick Suites on Newbury. The room was clean, easy to access, and felt safe. It also has a full kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, and all other needs if you want to prepare your own meals at any point. We were on the first floor, so we heard a lot of noise from the street. For us, it wasn’t disruptive, and we were provided with earplugs just in case. « This place was such a disappointment. The carpets are filthy, the shower water slows to a trickle every 16 seconds, then comes back ice-cold and then raging hot. The air conditioning units are just swamp coolers taped to the window. The front door lacks a deadbolt, so anyone could simply use a credit card to break into the room or just remove the combo box on the front to get in.
