« When I arrived to the apartment the key was not in the lock box. It was late and I called Chelsea. She immediately called me back and explained where the key was due to an issue with the new lock box. She was quite attentive and respinsive. The pmace was exactly as pictured My daughter and I took a quick walk to the beach and it was so close! The private parking was an 8 minute walk each way. « We had a great stay at this property. Keep in mind they don’t provide sheets for the beds so make sure you pack some! Or you can rent from a sheet service, they provide many options for businesses that rent them.This property had everything we needed and more for our stay. The sunroom was a wonderful place to have our family meals and gather, the outdoor shower is super convenient for washing off before entering the house, and the beach is only a 15 minute walk away. « This was our fourth year renting this beautiful home for our family summer vacation and I'm already booked for next summer. We all love it as our home away from home. Beautifully furnished and comfortable. In the kitchen you have everything you need to prepare meals. The 2 minute walk is convenient and the pool is great for everyone to take a swim when returning from a day at the beach. We look forward to our return every year. »

« What a wonderful cottage on a peaceful and quiet location. Sunsets were amazing while we watched the birds fly around. Property was perfect size of family of 4 with a dog. Place was well stocked with everyday essentials along with cookware, coffee maker, etc. Christine was an amazing host! Great communication and responded quickly to any questions. If you are looking to get away from the crowds and noise of the beaches to the south, this is a great location and property! »

« My 12 year old and I enjoyed being close to the beach for 4th of July. We invited friends and it was a very comfortable stay for 4 - with beds to spare! Two full baths if you include the outdoor shower and 1/2 bath on first floor, which the kids used a lot. A clean and perfectly located house next to fine dining for grown ups and pizza and ice cream for the kids. Nice back porch with friendly neighbors. A great beach house and a very helpful host! »

« My party of four - two adults and two teens - had a wonderful stay in Henlopen Station. Host George and his son Matt are excellent hosts and very responsive to all communications. Check-in was a breeze due to the lock pad on the front door. The location inside Coastal Highway is key to avoid traffic. The property is walking distance to several restaurants and Revelation Craft Brewing. The condo was very clean upon our arrival and the property has a nice pool area to relax at after spending time...

« Great trip again in Fenwick. Last year we stayed in the unit below, and this experience was just as great. Location is excellent. Close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Matt’s Fish Camp next store is great. Water park was awesome. Check out Rope Walk in OCMD if you have little kids for a great restaurant with kid friendly playground. We’ll be back! »
