« This is my 2nd stay with Mint House, last time was in New York. Great experiences with both, would recommend to others b/c it is easy to book with them, check-in & out with. Love the freedom & the posh accomodations! »

« It was clean for the most part. There were a few needed dishes in the dishwasher that were still dirty. No worries, I got some Dawn and handled that. Otherwise very nice room. Being a hop skip and a jump from Texas Roadhouse was a plus. Easy freeway access. Ladies at the front desk were polite and resourceful. I would stay again. »

« This home is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and VERY CLEAN!!! The host provides so many amenities in the home and was responsibe throughout the process. All the beds were comfortable and the layout is very open to allow for large groups. We really enjoyed the patio deck for our family games and just hanging out. « There were 4 travelers, myself, my 2 children (18 and 15) and one of their friends. Another TV wouldn't hurt as there is only 1 in the living area, but we had what we needed and the host was helpful when I reached out. »

« The studio was centrally located for the events that brought me to town. Dining and entertainment were nearby and walkable. I stayed alone and felt safe doing so. The unit had all of the conveniences you could consider and a lovely balcony that I wished I'd have had time to enjoy. This is an annual trip for me and I will be reserving my spot once I know the dates! »

« Our stay was comfortable, and the VRBO was exactly as pictured. The townhouse was clean, welcoming, and well-prepared for guests. We appreciated the manual outlining the house rules, as well as the helpful recommendations for entertainment and dining in the area.There were a couple of minor inconveniences — the TV remote in the master bedroom was not functional, and the fans in the guest rooms required new batteries (which we purchased due to the upstairs being warm). « The property was clean and new. In fact it was so new that there were still tags and labels on many of the amenities!The living room furniture was flashy, but not very comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious, and beds comfortable, but more bedroom furniture and mirrors are needed.The bathrooms were excellent, and water pressure wonderful.Overall, it was an excellent stay. »
