« The room was pretty good . The location is not that close to the city center and the neighbourhood close to the train station is not the most beautiful, but the residence was quite nice. The only issue and I think was not exactly their fault is that one of the beds smelled really bad ( humid smell, I guess it was because previous guests left humid towels in the bed and remain there long time) . »

« Die Unterkunft liegt direkt im Zentrum und ist zu allen SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Der Zugang zu unserem Apartment war per Code und die Instruktionen dazu wurden uns einen Tag vorher mitgeteilt. Mirela war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend und stand immer fĂŒr RĂŒckfragen zur VerfĂŒgungen. Aufgrund eines spĂ€ten Abflug durften wir kostenfrei lĂ€nger in der Unterkunft bleiben. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und durch die Bilder die uns Mirela geschickt hat gut zu finden. »

« This is a great concept but not a great execution. New building but the furnishings are low cost. Very squeaky bedframe, dirty sofa in the leaving room, sparse bathroom with no shower curtain, cheap faucets and towels that have seen a better life. All white floors are beautiful but you can see all the dirty spots. Cleaning crew needs to do a better job. »

We inform about the situation and an AI message assured that we will have those asasp however nobody cared even when we informed a real person. The place is clean and nice if we didn’t have to freeze during the night and shared two sets of towels in 4 people we will be giving all 5 »
