« This was a very nice new construction home for my wife and I. The home was very neat, clean and well stocked for a rental with all the basics. The one thing that we suspected from the pictures was confirmed when we arrive; this is a studio layout. By that I mean the one bed is located in the living room and open to kitchen and front foyer. « Home is split nicely with bedrooms at one end, communal and rec rooms at other. My bed was fine, but I understand there was some discomfort with 2 other beds. There were only 5 of us, and 8 or 9 beds, so they just switched beds and all was good. Easy location to walk to town - 5 minutes to Logan's, Mountain Market and Charlie Johns.
