„Cozy and comfortable! Your own little "house" with a great porch for coffee and reading. A place to sit for movie-watching or reading, good seating for eating meals. Just enough bathroom for getting ready. Location is great for quick trips into town and expressways to visit other towns nearby hiking locations. Great communication with owners. “

„Beautiful condo on the side of a ski slope. We didn’t get to witness any of the winter activities but we could see that it was set up well for skiing or any activity, any season. Very clean, exactly as described, host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Was a perfect in-between for us as we were visiting with family both at Letchworth and Allegany. “

„House is very nice. Lots of SPACE Beds are comfortable and the entire house is clean Host, Brad was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely no complaints. We played a lot of games and a card table would be nice. Also written instructions and a broadcast guide forthe TV would be very helpful. “
