« This was the second time staying at this property with my family. The house comfortably handled my gang of 24 people. Plenty of space on the first floor and enough beds for sleeping. The kitchen has everything we needed and plenty of toys and games for the kids. House keeping had the place very clean when we checked in. Plenty of lawn chairs provided. The parking is perfect for my large family with many vehicles. I have already booked the property for next year. The only improvement needed is...

« The cottage was perfect for our stay for dropping our child off at Suny Geneseo. We stayed 2-nights, my wife and younger child took a riding lesson with Kim, who was great. We explored the property during the day, getting to see all the horses and and very much enjoyed the night sky. We also did a quick trip to Letchworth State Park to view the upper and middle falls. Had lunch on Conesus Lake, only a 10-minute drive. We would definitely stay at the cottage again. »

« Communication with the host was very convenient and easy. Check in and check out instructions were clear and simple. The host is very responsive. The house was clean and ready for us and as advertised. The only criticism would be that the furnishings were well worn and could use replacing. We had a lovely stay there for a wedding and enjoyed the house very much. Thank you. »

« Our stay at the farmhouse was outstanding. Whitney and Brian were so accommodating and wonderful to work with from beginning to end. So glad we were able to meet them.
