« Came for 3 days to visit Cornell with my daughter and this home was perfect. Small, yet not lacking anything, rustic but lacking none of the modern tech. The backyard waterful, fire pit and views are worth the stay alone. Would definitely stay again. »

« This place was absolutely wonderful. It was clean, well kept, and a great value for what you got. Beautiful property, sweet farm pets stopped by to say hello which was adorable. Not to mention the spectacular communication from the owner. We are grateful we got the opportunity to stay, and will DEFINITELY be back down the line. »

« It’s hard to find such a beautiful place surrounded by water, with easy access to swimming and kayaking. We loved walking right out and having a personal beach with an amazing view all the way to Ithaca. The home is clean, comfortable, and really set up with entertaining in mind. I appreciate the little things like having sharp knives in the kitchen, a heated drying rack in the bathroom, and lots of games in the closets. The bird watching is also incredible. « This property is in a perfect location. The house was clean and had all the stuff you could need to enjoy your stay. Silverware, cups, plates towels, blankets, bedding ect. Just beware the low ceilings down stairs, they got my husband a few times. The lake and docks are stunning. The hot tub was very clean. All around a great stay. »

« We had a great time at this property. Less than 10 minutes to Watkins Glen and the Gorge Trail. Multiple wineries with 10 minutes. Also a bunch of markers markets and local farm stores within 20 minutes. We really enjoyed exploring the area and then winding down on the back porch at night after a day out. Would recommend this location to anyone looking to explore the Watkins Glen or Seneca Lake Wine Trail. »

« Christine is an amazing host. A party of 17 of us visited the house in May 2024, and it was perfect for us. House was very clean, spacious, with lots of extra towels and bedding, A/C, fans, nicely equipped kitchen, gorgeous backyard with lots of space for kids to play, scenic beach access, etc. Our stay was extremely comfortable and we had an amazing time. Highly recommend the place and can't wait to visit again. »

« This charming farmhouse was the perfect backdrop to my daughter’s bachelorette weekend in the Finger Lakes. It was not only clean, but it also had so many charming touches! It adequately accommodated our group of seven and was centrally located to the wineries we visited as well. I would definitely consider booking this lovely home again for a family trip or another girls’ weekend! »

« This trip was planned as a girls getaway to surprise our daughter (who has three sons) coming up from Florida for a long weekend. We had such a fun time we decided to make it a yearly tradition. The house held all 8 of us comfortably, in a beautiful setting right on Seneca Lake, offering a beautiful display of Gods creation from either of the two decks. LOTS of laughter & love! »
