« Well maintained ranch with open living/kitchen area and 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds. Great location for Letchworth visit and close to shops in Perry. Prompt communication with owner before and during stay. Well equipped kitchen, and nice grounds. Stayed at a hotel on prior visit, glad we were able to stay at the Gate House on this trip! »

« The home was situated on top of a mountain. We had gorgeous views of the forest and sunsets. We had plenty of space for our group of 9 to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped. We used the pool and game room every day. The host was fantastic with speedy responses to any messages that were sent. I would recommend this property to anyone and would return in the future! »

« It was a quaint experience staying in this small, yet comfortable cottage house. The house is well kept and the furnishings, including the beds, are very relaxing for a good nights rest. It also has a beautiful view of Silver Lake from the living room, which is wonderful to wake up to in the morning. It’s a little too close to other waterfront properties to my liking, but nothing that would deter me from staying here again. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay while...

« House was lovely, plenty of room/ seating for everyone, good kitchen, nice location. On the lake with kayaks and a canoe, hot tub, and pool. My wife and I with our two adult daughters and their partners enjoyed a nice quiet mellow relaxing week. We really never left the house. Would consider visiting again. Ed was a great host. »
