« Wonderful property! The house is beautiful and spacious with lots of fun things for both the kids and adults to do. The riverside fire pit is amazing, as is the hot tub and lovely deck overlooking the river. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well appointed. Great location near New Paltz and the state park. »

« Misleading listing. Apartment is 2 blocks from major freight train route which ran all through the night. Clearly a known noise issue with earplugs and white noise machines in the bedroom. Would have been better to know upfront this would interrupt sleep throughout the night. Backs onto a bar so band noises till 1am. Backyard is tired and not as presented. »

« What a lovely visit my family and I had over the recent holidays! The home was perfect. We loved the large, well-equipped kitchen, the openness of the downstairs, the charm of an older home, and the proximity (3 blocks) to the Village of Millbrook (with several restaurants, coffee shops, and small stores/boutiques). Keri was an excellent host. She left a welcome note when we arrived, she was very responsive, and she very courteous in all our dealings. We can’t wait to go back and stay...

« The rental of both side of this house was perfect for our family attending a wedding nearby. The house was very clean. All the beds were very comfortable and the kids used the sofa bed and airbed in the family room and were very happy with it. Kitchen had what we needed and communication with Seth was quick and helpful when we had questions. It was convenient to all of Kingston. »
