„We didn't like the Check-in. It was very stressful because the Code we received via mail didn't work. It took 3 calls and 2 hours before someone could help us and we got a new code. We were tired and exhausted after a 10 hour flight and then all this stress that was really unnecessary. We liked the facilities in the room, espacially the kitchen. It was clean, you had a lot of space and you even got small kitchen utensils. “

„It was a very large room that fit 3 adults and 3 kids easy. The kitchen was perfect size to move around. The place was perfect clean we had a whirlpool in the bathroom which was large and stocked with soap and shampoo in big bottles. Linen was clean. Just an exceptional staff!“

„Unser Aufenthalt war ein bisschen enttäuschend. Zunächst einmal hatten wir eine „echte“ Ferienwohnung erwartet und nicht eine normalerweise vom Eigentümer genutzte Wohnung. "Arroganter, unfreundlicher Check-In, dann eine verstopfte Toilette und zum Ende wurde uns die von Hotels.com als Silver-Vorteil versprochenen 10 Dollar Guthaben pro Person und Tag nicht gewährt, weil man nichts davon wusste. Für mich darum das erste und letzte Mal Sonesta. Schade, denn eigentlich wäre das Haus schön, aber niemand scheint willens, was daraus zu machen."
