« Il n’y a pas de volet et les stores laissaient passer la lumière. De plus, l’appartement donnait sur une rue et notre étage sur une voie rapide. Nous n’avons pas vraiment pu fermer l’œil pendant la semaine. Mais cette appartement la fait. Neuf et bien équipé !! Lit super confortable. TV dernière génération. Une cuisine… oui mais pas de plaque chauffante ni de four… donc cuisine au microonde pendant une semaine. Ouverture par code. Propre (établissement à l’intérieur). Le Bronx ne fait pas...

« Nice building, perfectly adequate lodging for the price, neighborhood with all the conveniences and and acess to transport, responsive host. Crockery a bit worn out. Good value for money overall. »

« Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans l'appartement de Lisbeth, un appartement spacieux pour 3 personnes avec 2 chambres agréables. Quartier calme et proche du métro distribuant différents quartiers de Manhattan. La découverte de Harlem nous a permis de manger Mexicain et Cajun... Merci à Lisbeth toujours présente si besoin. We enjoyed our stay in the Lisbeth flat, a spacious flat with 2 pleasant bedrooms. Quiet neighbourhood near an underground station, convenient for getting to the different...

« The studio is comfortable and well equipped, very conveniently located. Easy access to the subway and buses in a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood. Close to a variety of stores. Angela is a very reactive and efficient host. We certainly do recommend this property! »

« We didn’t use the house for an event. Just a family get a way and this house has plenty of room for our multi generational family of 13. Lots of room and character. Was nice to gather together in the large dining room or on the front porch and watch the fishing boats, yachts and hunting osprey go by. »

« My stay was uneventful. Nice property in a gorgeous neighborhood. The apartment is in the basement with quite a few stairs to go up and down but is cute and clean. There is a full kitch but you have to bring your own pans. No tv's in the bedroom which was ok with me because after being gone all day , all i wanted to do was go to sleep. I would recommend and stay again. »

« I arrived in New York on 6-22-25 I requested the check in information in which the host refused to give. She stated the cleaner hadn't showed up to clean the property so she gave me another address. Well this place had multiple stairs and was located on the 2nd floor which couldn't accommodate the group I was with. When I informed the host she gave me another address which was smaller with one bathroom. Smaller than the original one booked. After explaining that this wouldn't work the host...
