« I couldn't have asked for a better place to rest our heads for the night. We went to the New York State Fair to see a concert and needed a place to sleep for one night. We looked at hotels in the area but due to the Fair, everything was overly priced and/or only hotels with poor reviews were available. We decided to take a chance with staying here and we're pleasantly surprised!! The host was communicative and helpful with ensuring we were comfortable with coming in after our trip to the Fair...

« Quick and easy check-in. The house is walking distance to the lake and we got to see the prettiest sunsets. Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies and a comfortable living room. Charming with creaky floors and steps. Definitely eat at The Farmhouse and the Sylvan Beach Bakery while staying here. »

« We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and equipped with everything we would need. Short walks to breakfast in the morning and bars at night. We look forward to booking again when we return to visit family! »

« We absolutely loved our stay! My sister and I brought our 83 yr old mother to Sylvan Beach so she could catch up with her girlfriends since grade school. We moved from Canastota 46 yrs ago and loved coming to Sylvan Beach as kids. Our visit was amazing and a lot of that was because this house was perfect. Sitting on the porch at night watching the boats, walking to all the restaurants and beach and sitting at the beautiful island in the kitchen made our visit even better!! It was very clean and...

« The house was beautiful, even tho we are a stones throw from the highway and major shopping you still feel off the beaten path.
