"The room was so dirty that the hotel should have been closed. We photographed everything! There were bed bugs! Mold in the ventilation! Dirty smeared mattresses! The floor was sticky and there were dried drinks stains. There were splashes of dirt on all the walls, everywhere! The bathroom was a horror and super disgusting! Toilet dirty, paint chipped off the walls. Shower defective and did not work! Dirty sink! We had booked the room for 2 nights but left immediately after the first night. This was an imposition and the health department and travel department should close this hotel! Wyndham shame on you for not living up to your name. We are happy to make all photos available!"

"Das Hotel liegt sehr gut in Albany. Es ist alles gut erreichbar. Das Frühstück war zwar klein, aber dafür gut. Das beste am Zimmer war der Fernseher und die Programmauswahl. So wünscht man sich das. Die Dusche hatte leider keinen ausreichenden Druck. Für 1 -3 Nächte ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen. "

"The staff was really really friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was quite dirty (tables) and wasn't cleaned during my visit. My room had a bit of mold on the ceiling. "
