« Our 14th or 15th stay here. It's nice to see the improvements that Jim the owner is making. New carpet and tile in the living area were welcome improvements. We normally come during the cooler months and have never needed to use the A/C but it was HOT during our visit and the A/C was wonderful. Fishing was good, weather was the best we've had. Always great to explore and find new places in the area »

« Our large, 3-generation, family of 22 (ages 4-84) recently stayed at Coyote Ridge Estates for a week. It was an excellent choice as there was plenty of space for everyone to be together or to get some privacy/quiet if needed. The clubhouse appealed to "children" of all ages and both Leah and Randy were so responsive by text to any concerns that arose during our stay. We went with one of Leah's suggestions for catering for 2 different nights and were not disappointed - would definitely use...

« Scott & Ann were both super communicative. All pictures matched the property, and our stay was perfect. With the snow over the weekend, Scott was nice enough to plow the driveway for us on the Sunday morning. Everything was great! We used the firepit, the sleds, the pool table. Only downside is no cell coverage in the area, but WiFi was enough for us! They had Roku, lots of games, and plenty of space to accommodate my group of 22 people. Everyone loved the place — the kitchen, the dining areas, the pool, the fire pit, etc. Each couple had their own bed/bath for privacy and group areas for family activities. The weather was gorgeous. Trout fishing is just down the road and two golf courses are about 20 minutes away.There is a great game room — but it’s in the basement, which we rarely used.We were very pleased and would happily return. »
