„Although the owners were very responsive, we were disappointed in this property. The kitchen was very poorly stocked, there were not enough towels and the bed linens and pillows were old and flimsy. We contacted the owner and he arrived within 20 min with new towels and a few pillows. The bathrooms and the refrigerator could have been cleaner. “

„Great house for our large family. We all had a private suite with our own bathroom. It was perfect for us to relax and prepare to attend a family wedding on Cayuga Lake which is only a 30 minute drive through a beautiful area of our country. So much history in the house and town!“

„We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, spacious, and exactly what we needed for a comfortable family getaway. The layout worked perfectly for our two families, and we were so happy to find a pet-friendly spot that welcomed our dog. The air conditioning kept the space cool during a hot weekend, and everything was just as described. Great location in Ithaca and an easy, enjoyable stay overall—we’d come back!“

„Wanted to kick the summer off with some great hikes of the waterfalls around Ithaca with the ability to walk to restaurants and coffee shops to start and end the day. This property was exactly what we needed. A short walk to Ithaca commons, and a short drive from all the various waterfalls that we wanted to see.The property was well maintained, very comfortable and spacious for a family of 4.“

„We stayed at this property for a reunion with our Canadian family members. The house had erythi everything we needed and was lovely. Although it rained and was cold most of the weekend, we were able to use the backyard firepit in between rain drops. We had a wonderful time.“

„What a treat to stay among the trees. This property had everything - views, comfort, and plenty of room.We all had a fabulous time watching sunsets from the balcony/deck. Hanging around as a family in the main room. Listening to the waterfall and watching birds fly by.It was a wonderful stay, we had everything we needed, if not more.“

"Spacious and clean room, sufficient parking space and good breakfast w/o extra charge, WLAN working w/o problems. Great waterfalls nearby. Only thing one shouldn't expect is modern equipment, condition rather out of date and old. Stayed one night and would stay again."
