„The property was very clean and the houses are very well maintained. The swimming pool was not operational. The road into the property is horrible they need to work on paving the entrance. The check in didn't go well we arrived after 5:30 pm and the office was closed and there was some difficulties getting checked in but eventually they got it straight. „Situated in a prime location. Under 10min away from absolutely anything you may need or want to do. I went to see if Charlotte, NC was somewhere I'd like to live. I'm sold. And my Kasa Edison experience played a large part In that decision. Staff was very helpful and attentive even though there is no on-site staff. Room and grounds were exactly as depicted in the photos. Walls are paper thin so you hear EVERYTHING (footsteps, discussions, opening/closing of doors, etc. And in my case, the ...

„Die Wohnanlage ist im großen und ganzen in Ordnung. Zimmer und Bad waren sauber. Im Prinzip mehr eine Ferienwohnung als ein Zimmer. Es gibt keine Rezeption, alles läuft via Email und Textnachrichten. Liegt in einer Wohngegend. Keine Geschäfte oder Cafés in der Nähe. Für Solo Reisende zu groß. Kleinere Gruppen kommen hier gut unter.“
