« The mountains of North Carolina are for the soul!!! Choosing this rustic, away from the hubbub, down the gravel road getaway was perfect for recharging, reminiscing, relaxing and spending time with old friends who don’t NEED bougie to have a good time!The hot tub was so nice after a day of hiking and the beds were extremely comfortable for a night of rest! « This was our first Vrbo experience. We stayed 8 nights. The location off of I-81 was perfect. Check in was super easy. The code to the door arrived two days before our trip. I gave 5 stars to communication with the host, but I gave 5 stars because I didn't have a need to communicate with him. « The upstairs one bedroom was great although the steps took some effort. The open living room, kitchen and dining room gave plenty of room to spread out. The porches on each end really added a nice touch as well as the fire pit and stack of fire wood. The walkway to the creek was well done and gave easy access.
