"Je suis français ! Heureusement que je parle un peu anglais !... car à la sortie de l'aéroport, il y a que très peu d'indications pour le shuttle de cet hôtel. A la réception, certes il était un peu tard, mais l'accueil a été froid. Pas d'information sur le petit déjeuner possible le lendemain matin, il a fallu aussi que je me renseigne pour le shuttle du lendemain matin pour aller à l'aéroport, il a fallu que je devine aussi qu'il fallait utiliser la carte magnétique de la chambre pour activer l'ascenseur ! Mais vu le prix ...on ne peut pas s'attendre à un service de qualité ! C'est dommage ! La chambre était très propre et sans odeur dérangeante ! Bravo pour ça !"
