« Adequate. The ac unit was not plugged in and the door to the room was propped open when I went to it. Nothing was out of place Plugged in the unit and it was hot but not intolerable over night. Heavy chemical smell »

« Internet ok. Not much nearby. Room was clean. A few minor amenities would be nice: tissues, etc. TV provider was having contract issues »

« We needed a bed for a one night stopover. This property met that need just fine. The property is going through a remodel, so it wasn't real clean or organized.. but they are trying. The room itself was very clean, although a, little dated. Front dest staff was courteous and helpful, even with a difficult sign in (thanks expedia.... Not). For the price, it did fine. »

« Surprised to find all electrical were not plugged in: lamps, microwave, refrigerator. Some outlets were not working either. Floor boards sagged at various locations, the worst spot is at the toilet. We stayed only because we were just passing through. »

« Large room well equiped (regrigerator, microwave, hair drier, coffee) but neither the air conditioning or the wifi worked. »

« Plenty of parking , great room. One negative- needs better lighting, especially around the coffee bar. And mirror in the bedroom. Unable to make coffee without using the flashlight on my phone. »

« This is our new go-to anytime we are staying or travelling through Springfield. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Easy to find with ample parking. Great breakfast before heading out on a long drive. »

« Wonderful stay. Great area. My only complaint would be breakfast. Not many options. Our stay was 2 days and same meal was served. »

« Yes,breakfast was fresh. It wasa little "lacking" waffles or pancakes would have been nice but it was goid nonetheless. »

« The hotel room was clean and bed was comfy. It did have window a/c and heat. I didn't notice noise. The hot tub wasn't hot - just barely warm. Staff was nice. Breakfast was as expected. For price it was very good. »

« This property was filthy. The room smelled, the bathroom was nasty, the floor was sticky in places and dirt pushed up in corners. Apparently they have a bug problem since we were asked to move out early so they could spray. At night we could hear mice scratching in the wall. The sheets were paper thin as were the towels. Breakfast was microwaved crap. The front desk was no help and blew off any complaints.DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! »
