The property is beautiful and has a beautiful view of the lake , which is beautiful by itself.The hosts were accommodating and great! We had a little problem with the Wi -fi but all in all it was an enjoyable time!

Delightful little piece of Heaven

We had 10 adults and 5 kiddos staying at this beautiful property for four nights!! We had a wonderful time. Check-in to Check-out was super easy with excellent communication with the host!! The living space upstairs was tight but we had plenty of table/counter space and chairs for eating our meals. The kitchen was stocked above and beyond with EVERYTHING we needed. Plenty of pantry storage space. The fridge is large and accommodated all our food for all the days. There was a second fridge in the garage for those items we didn’t need until our final day. The fire pit was so fun. The playground was close and the kids loved it. There were kayaks and a paddle board and bikes. Seriously such a fun place. The private beach was amazing. Close enough to quickly drive back to the house for anything we needed. Plenty of parking for our four vehicles plus our utility trailer. I’m just sad the price has increased considerably for next year.

Fun family retreat

We had such a great time here! The host was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. Lots of extras, paddle boards, bikes, lawn games and even dress up costumes for the kids! The property was clean and well stocked.

Fun in the sun and hail

..We had the most wonderful time... The kitchen was extremely well supplied and easy to cook The beds were exceptional and one person said it was the best night sleep they had ever had and everyone commented on them. We ;picnic, boated, water surfed, swam, played video games, pickleball, grilled, and sat on the deck and just looked at the mountains and lake. FANTASTIC

FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY

This home was a wonderful, clean, and large home to stay at for our Family Reunion. The host provided all the necessities for our vacation stay. She was available to communicate before and after our stay. There were so many extras provided by the host to help our family feel comfortable and relaxed while we stayed at this home. If I'm ever needing a place to stay at in Bear Lake I will check the availability here first before booking at any other place or location.

Sunny weekend

House made for an enjoyable relaxing weekend. Few things....dish satellite does not work on either tv, don't know if it's the remotes or what but no one could figure it out....and bring mosquito repellant for the evenings lol....they were vicious. We had a great time! Lots of games stocked in this house. The clubhouse is nice as well.

The perfect spot in Bear Lake

What a find! Our family is eager to book again for next year. Everything is as advertised — clean, spacious, with everything you need. The best part for us was easily the access to the private beach. When you have younger kids, all day on the boat can be really taxing. This allowed us to separate the time for beach play, boating fun, and even heading back to the VRBO if the babies needed a break. Highly recommend!

Bear Lake Get-away

The property at the Reserve was a complete success for our family get away. The beach access and club house facilities were terrific and very convenient to access. The house was accurately advertised with all the amenities that made our stay so enjoyable and with all the room that is available it made our family stay very comfortable. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the home in such a beautiful setting to over look the lake and to view the mountain side. We have made a plan to return again next summer. The property was very clean with a lot of extra games and equipment and things to do. We particularly enjoyed the private beach. Two of the bathrooms were extremely small, But other than that it was a very enjoyable property! We had good communication with the property owners whenever we had a question.

Very nice place! Great location close to all our favorite activities. Well stocked with games and equipment for family fun. Overflow parking area worked well for staging RZRs and trailers. Private access to the beach makes it super convenient.

We had a family reunion over the weekend. This house was perfect. Great location, access to private beach and the club house. Many great amenities! Owner was great about getting back to me quickly with any questions I had. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Fantastic Family Reunion!

Vonda went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The house is as described, the location can’t be beat. Great House for a Family

My children, grandchildren, and I totally enjoyed our time at this house. The kitchen was large and well-stocked. The extra fridge in the garage was a big help. We enjoyed having the two decks and the two living areas where family members could hang out. My children and grandchildren loved the two pools and the hot tub. It was great to have access to the pickle ball courts and the exercise room too. The kids loved playing ping pong in the garage. Having access to a private beach that was so close was a big hit with everyone! We spent quite a bit of time out there. This would definitely be a house we'd stay in again.
