L'appartement est trÚs confortable, trÚs agréable à vivre aprÚs des journées de visite intenses. Cependant, il n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce la difficulté de stationnement lorsque l'on vient en voiture. La cuisine manque d'équipements (saladier, plat allant au four) et le matériel de repassage est détérioré.

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs agrĂ©able sĂ©jour Ă  Florence grĂące Ă  ce magnifique appartement situĂ© Ă  10 minutes Ă  pied du centre historique, proche des commerces et facile d’accĂšs. Logement trĂšs propre, lumineux, spacieux, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© et joliment dĂ©corĂ©. Une chambre avec un mobilier de couchage ingĂ©nieux selon que les personnes souhaitent dormir en couple ou sĂ©parĂ©ment. Quartier trĂšs calme, aucune nuisance sonore la nuit. Un trĂšs bon restaurant recommandĂ© par notre hĂŽte nous a permis de profiter de la gastronomie florentine dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e. Un grand merci.

Florence

Home was easy to locate and home owner communicated well throughout the process. Ot suited our needs and was well located to restaurants and easy to navigate around town. The photos were accurate but they show the second bedroom arranged different ways leading me to think it was more than 2 rooms. However there were plenty of beds and it was no problem for us. The door was very hard to open (nice and secure) but the owner was very helpful when we had trouble. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was spacious and lovely. We enjoyed having a washing machine and kitchen to use. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. Leonardo was very communicative and there was material in the unit about Florence and making the most of our visit. The unit was walkable to all the major locations but is about a 30 min walk from the more western and southern areas of Florence. We enjoyed being in a neighborhood with restaurants, a small market and a pharmacy all within a 4-5 minute walk. The only downside was being on the 3rd floor. It was a lot of steps at the end of a long day of sightseeing.

It was a very good place. The apartment was very comfortable and very clean. There is a washing machine there we didn’t use it but it works well. The apartment is also very close to all the historical places in Florence and there are a lot of restaurants around. Communication with Leonardo was also very easy he answered almost immediately to every text. We enjoyed our stay it was great. Thank You Leonardo Definitely recommend staying at this place.

Beautiful little place

Our stay here was excellent. The place was super nice and extremely clean. Good area of town with a nice little place to eat right out side the door. The owners are very hospital and welcoming. Would have loved to stay here a little longer!

LOVED IT!!!

This was one of three VRBOs we stayed at during my trip (one VRBO in each city visited) and was 100% our favorite! Clean, large bedrooms each with its own AC unit! It may have been in the listing and I missed it but the only thing was I didn’t realize it was a 3rd floor walk-up. We made quite the racket dragging our bags up the (stone) stairs but all those stairs were good exercise for how much pizza and cannoli we ate 😁. Shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. I would definitely book here again next time I visit Florence!

Comfortable and clean!

Happy to stay in this lovely apartment! The beds were comfy and the apartment was clean. It was easy to walk to all of our sites in approximately 20 minutes. The pillows were not my favorite and the shower is tiny and only warmish. But the apartment had everything we needed. We felt very safe.

No water, no AC, mosquitos, no hot water

Here are the problems: first night there was no hot water or air conditioning and mosquitoes came in and feasted on us. Second night water was shut off so we had to move out. Leonardo said he’d issue a refund for the next three nights. He hasn’t issued refund yet and it’s 11 days later. So if you want to rent a clean updated apartment a distance from center of town, not be able to flush toilet or take a shower, and subject yourself to a liar, book with Leonardo. Apartment is clean and renovated. He should have met us there to explain how things work.

Cozy, quiet, comfortable

We stayed one week in this great appartment and it was a nice home-base. Beds are comfortable, quiet at night, can walk into city center or take the bus just around the corner to the train station. Leo the host is responsive, provides good info and even ensured an extra wish. Definitely recommend it!

Beautiful Apartment

Beautiful apartment -very clean, spacious and quiet. We stayed in July during a heat wave and the air conditioning cooled entire apartment. It was very difficult to get a taxi from that location. It was only about a 20 minute walk to tourist attractions but the weather made walking a challenge. I would definitely stay here again when the weather is cooler.

Fantastic flat and neighborhood

We really loved the property. It was exactly what we needed in a quiet area only 12 to 15 minutes by walk to the center. We got all the quiet but were always close to museums, iconic plazas. The owner/manager team was extremely accommodating, even though we were a little chaotic about our roster of family coming. We highly recommend this property over one in the busy, noisy center.

Lovely apartment

We had just come from Rome and had been exhausted and unhappy with our location in Rome. When we got to Florence we were so happy with the Gigliola Apartment, it was lovely clean and the location was good. Its a little bit of a walk into the center but very doable with lots of shops and restaurants on the way. We will definitely stay again when in Florence! The only issue we had was on our last day getting transportation to the airport so I would recommend scheduling it ahead of time. Thank you!
