Es gibt 3 Stufen, um die Wohnung zu betreten.
Die Wohnung ist im typisch toskanischen Stil mit Balken und Balken. The property is in a fabulous location. Very close to the Duomo, grocery store, bus stops, restaurants, etc. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning was nice. We let the host know we would be doing laundry and she left us some complimentary laundry pods. As others have mentioned the bathroom especially the shower is quite small but we were expecting that. What we were not expecting was the copius amount of mosquitoes. During our 3 nights in Florence I think we saw one mosquito outside. However this apartment is full of them. The host is aware of this because when I suggested some fly strips or other pest control solutions she mentioned that there is Raid for mosquitoes by the washing machine. We did spray this a few times in the apartment but the smell is not great and it didn't really seem to help. Both my daughter and I have multiple bites all over.

This was our second stay at this apartment and again it was wonderful. We really enjoy the area, as it is so near major landmarks but also an area frequented by locals as well as tourists. The apartment was clean and the washer/dryer was a plus! Also, they were very helpful getting us into the apartment early and helping us get a taxi to the train station when we left. Would love to come back!

Fabulous, extremely hospitable hosts, wonderful stay. The perfect spot for a 6-week vacation. The location is perfect, about 5-7 mins walk from the Piazza Del Duomo but far enough away to not be inundated by crowds. Close to the Mercato Sant’Ambrogio, where the locals shop, best place for fresh fruits and veggies, meats and seafood. Thank you so much to Francesco and Mirta for a fantastic 30th anniversary vacation stay. We hope to see you again!

Our stay in Florence Italy was wonderful. The apartment was very cozy. The location is perfect. It is very close and easily walkable to all the attractions, restaurants, and stores for essential needs. The communications with the host is great. We enjoyed staying at this 15th century property for our two-week stay. Comfy bed, updated kitchen, very quiet and insulated from any street noise. It was perfect for a couple on vacay in Florence. We were softly greeted in the mornings by the bells of the Duomo. All went 5-stars until the last two mornings with no hot water in the shower - just like in the 15th century... Advised the owner through VRBO text but never got any response to fix the issue before we departed. Otherwise a 5-star experience.

This was a new location for us to stay in the city. We have stayed in Florence more than a dozen times. It is well positioned between the Duomo and Santa Croce with a grocery store and plenty of wonderful restaurants around the corner. The bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had all cutlery and utensils you could want. It even had a blender and toaster which is more North American. Grocery store two blocks away at local not tourist prices. And excellent restaurants and pubs nearby. While it has a lot of late night action close by by the thick walled building kept the sound out so much we slept in!

The home was perfect for my wife and I to stay in on our honeymoon! The location was so amazing being walking distance from basically every single tourist destination in Florence and specifically very close to the main cathedral. The home was well stocked and very clean. The 2-in-1 washer/dryer was very convenient for laundry as Florence was only the first leg of our trip.

This location could not be better for walking through all of Florence. That includes groceries, cafe and wine window 100m away to the pizza, Italian restaurant and outdoor beer square just across the street. So many museums, churches and historic sites so close by as well (including Day trips and local tours on bike and golf cart). Great communication from our hosts on check in and out. The apartment was charming and clean! The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked great as it was very hot in July. It was centrally located to the leather markets, restaurants, train station, and other attractions. I would absolutely stay there again. It was also great to have a washer and dryer. Would have liked a few more towels and toilet paper. The bathroom was a little tight but an overall great experience.

Thanks so much for the beautiful stay in Florence! The hosts were very helpful and attentive with all communication prior to and during our stay. The apartment is so spacious and convenient to the Duomo and so many great restaurants and locations. The check in process was wonderful, easy, and convenient. The hosts left us a wonderful welcome present and there was nothing we were left wanting. We are in our late seventies and this ground floor apartment was perfect. In a vibrant area with many cafes, markets and restaurants but literally 10 minutes walk to the Duomo and all adjacent sites. Yet the spread totally quiet. Francesco met us with a bottle of wine and snacks and showed us the apartment and walked me through the neighborhood to see the restaurants atms markets etc. He couldn’t have been nicer.
