This is a clear example of how it takes both a good hard product and soft product to make a stay good. On the surface, the apartment is clean and recently renovated too it seems like. No complaints there.
However every single night i had to write multiple messages to the property manager to ask the heating to be turned up. It was 6 7 outside and less than 18 inside the house. The manager would try and get the owner who remotely controlled the temperature to raise the heat. It would be turned on at 10pm and switched off at 7am or so, because why would anyone want to sleep in a bit later on their holiday. This applied to heaters in the bedroom as well as the living room. Then there was an euro 20 kettle that im assuming some previous guest dumbly boiled milk and burnt the bottom. A 20 euro kettle...was it replaced? No. For 3 days i had burnt tasting water for tea and coffee because they couldnt care to change it.
Then there are the multiple dont touch stickers scattered across the room. Not a welcoming atmosphere.
Everything was forgivable except the stinginess with the heater in the middle of winter. Go in but expect to fight every night for warmth.
