« A brand new IHG hotel here in Labuan Bajo. I've never stayed at any hotel in the IHG group where the service has been this good. The standard of service here by all members of staff from all departments has been only 5 stars. I'm embarrassed to single out any staff member »

« It's one of the best hotels we'd ever stayed at... and we stayed at quite a few over the years! Stunning setting on the cliff, beautiful open space lobby, spacious brand new room with the very clean bathroom, beautiful views from the balcony, very helpful staff, and delicious breakfast with lots of choices! »
