« Très bon accueil, propreté impeccable. Dommage que le canapé lit soit aussi inconfortable et que l'insonorisation entre les différentes chambres soit si mauvaise par contre. »

« Belle unité, très propre. Le lit est très haut, et pas très confortable. Les photos du listing sont à la limite de la fausse représentation. Le beau patio qu’on voit près de la plage est presque totalement un espace réservé à l’unité 7. De plus, une autre photo, celle d’une terrasse devant les unités, montre un lieu que nous n’avons pas vu sur place. »

« What a great space. 2 big bedrooms, and a great front porch apace with a hammock to watch the sunrise. Quite street just blocks from the center of downtown Sanford. I've used their properties 8-10 tines and ive never been disappointed. »

« Absolutely wonderful. We love the Blue Aztec. Clean, cozy, comfortable. Location was wonderful, we could walk to Sanford downtown. We sat on the porch and enjoyed the evening. We loved our time at the cottage. »

« We stayed overnight this weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The Boho Nights apartment was so cute and tastefully decorated. It had all of the amenities that we wanted and we were able to walk around Sanford with no problems at all. The only thing that I would say is that the bed was a little too firm for my taste (I like a soft mattress and this was more of a memory-foam). Having said that, I would totally stay again and would highly recommend it to others! »

« Very clean house and friendly managers. Exactly as described! Very fun little place to stay! We enjoined the beach close by with all of the beach equipment provided. Wagon, beach toys, towels and chairs! Would definitely stay again! »

« This was truly a cozy apartment. We enjoyed our time here and the use of the pool. All was comfortable and we had all that we needed and more. This VRBO was close to the beaches, shopping and restaurants which was very convenient. Our host and hostess were very pleasant, as well and helpful, when needed. There is more to explore on our next trip. ;) Thanks again! »

« First of all, the location is great, but the room was impeccably clean and the location was a nice, quiet neighborhood. I've had other experiences with a "spare room" in someone's house, but this was on another level. There is no entry from the main house to your room, so it truly is a separate room. If I'm ever visiting Melbourne again, I will most definitely stay here. »

« This place is very nice and comfortable, every detail it is so convenient even the fan and lights in the bathroom lol! It has absolutely everything you’ll need for your stay. Great location too! Great communication from host always making sure I had everything I needed. I recommend this place to anyone coming to cocoa beach, you’ll feel like home! »

« We had a great stay! You can't beat the location, it was an easy walk from downtown. The hosts communicated well and were available if there were any questions. Would recommend! »

« Beautiful, well kept, clean, property. The bed was awesome and loved the shower. It was wonderful they had the basics there: laundry soap, dish soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner...Very close to downtown Sanford (4 blocks) and so many wonderful eating options!! And we took a day trip to the beach, which was less than an hour drive. Owners were courteous and available. Definitely recommend this place!!! »
