« Nous avons été très surpris de voir qu'Hôtel.com avait transmis une résa pour 1 personne seulement, alors que nous sommes toujours 2. De +, la résa n'était pas conforme à notre demande : nous voulions un appart avec kitchenette et vous aviez réservé une chambre classique. Je n'ai eu aucune réponse à ma 1ère réaction immédiate : en sera-t-il de même now? »

« Posto incantevole in mezzo alla natura ma allo stesso tempo in una zona centrale da cui abbiamo potuto raggiungere agevolmente moltissime città e punti di interesse. Abbiamo soggiornato in due famiglie con 2 e 3 figli e gli appartamenti modulabili hanno consentito sia la privacy per ogni nucleo famigliare sia la condivisione degli spazi grazie ad una porta, che all'occorrenza si poteva aprire mettendo in comunicazione i due appartamenti. La signora Luisa molto accogliente e disponibile non ci ha...

« My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here! We stayed in the Spade room and it was so cute. We loved the decorations and the look of the room. We were greeted with a friendly, smiling face when we arrived and immediately led to our room. The view on the property is gorgeous, and we loved the friendly cats that hang around outside!
